A highlight of this year was finding good farm stand tomatoes a mile from us and buying them for $1.00 per pound all summer.

I LOVE tomatoes. I do not think a hamburger is any good without a nice thick slice of tomato. A taco without pico de gallo? No thanks! What good is a garden salad without cherry tomatoes? Or any salad for that matter.

Bruschetta, Caprese salad, a tomato sandwich, a BLT, stuffed tomatoes, fried green tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, ketchup (!), tomato pie, tomato soup, cucumber and tomato salad, salsa, and on and on and on.

What is the ONE food you would have a very, very hard time never eating again?
